The mission of New World Stages / Stage 5

Stage 5 is the newest addition to the New World Stages family. It is a state-of-the-art, flexible performance space designed to accommodate a wide range of theatrical productions and experiences. It offers a unique and affordable space for artists, producers and presenters, and provides a home for new and experimental work. They are committed to creating and supporting theatrical experiences that engage and inspire our community.

Since opening in 2005, New World Stages has been the home of hundreds of Off-Broadway productions, including smash hits like Avenue Q, Disaster!, and Blue Man Group. Stage 5 at New World Stages is the perfect venue for intimate theater productions, featuring a 50-seat theater and a 12-foot by 12-foot stage.
